I mean "Central Bank News Link List - Feb.14, 2013: Britain's central bank chief irked by G7 mixed messages"
is a little boring. You might glance at Yahoo's front page and watch how they create article titles to get viewers interested. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to get people excited about what you've written.
Just my opinion, it might make your posts a little livelier.

Thank you very much for your comments. I am working on making the entire website more "user friendly," i.e. adding photos etc., as you are correct, the current layout is boring. As part of the overhaul, I will reconsider how to make the daily "link list" more interesting a la Yahoo. That said, the main focus of the website is on providing original content, i.e. my own stories about central bank policies. But I really appreciate your suggestions and thank you for taking the time to write.
